What happens once I place my order and you charge my credit card?
We will send you a foot-mold and directions for measuring your feet for the perfect fit. If you have any questions please just give us a call, it is a simple procedure and we will be happy to help you with any questions.

Once you receive my foot-mold then what happens?
We will begin work on the Calf Skin boot, that is the $500 dollar trial boot that we make to be sure the fit is going to be perfect. Once the trial boot is finished we sent that to you and have you wear it for several days to be sure it is comfortable in everyway. This boot will feel the same as your finished product so your feed back is very important. Once you send this boot back to the boot- maker, work will begin on your selected boots!

Can I change my mind and get my money back?
No, at this point it is too late, we have already cut the leather, once the fit of the calf skin boots has been approved for comfort it is too late to get your money back, it is too late to change your mind on style. A lot of time, money and effort has already gone into your boots at this point - there is no turning back. We usually never run into this problem, but we have to make this perfectly clear - start bragging now because your going to own a pair of perfect fitting custom cowboy boots! And you won't be sorry you do!

Custom fit boots are made identical to the boots you choose only they a sized to fit your foot instead of off the rack. A One-of-a-kind boot is designed to your specifications. How long does it take to get my custom fit boots?
It can take an average of 2 to 5 months and sometimes longer to get your custom fit boots. We will let you know how long each boot takes at the time of order.
